Traditionally, when an employer asks you to do a personal appearance they guarantee you a minimal fee. They pay all your travel, hotel, and per diem expenses. If they do not give you a minimum, then you sell your photos for anywhere from $25 to up to $100 or more per picture . I usually sell mine for $30 to $40 each.
